Ideas dating spouse

If you are struggling to get date nights in with your spouse, I would just encourage you to make sure you are spending time together as a family in the meantime, while you wait for a chance to regularly have dates again. Wherever you are in life, more than likely that won’t be forever and once again there will be a chance to go on dates again. Make it a goal to have regular dates as soon as you can (whatever that looks like for you), but give yourself and your spouse some grace if you just can’t make it work right at this moment. Here is a list of date ideas and activities you can do with your boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife/significant other in your long distance relationship.1) Watch movies or TV shows simultaneously together Rent the same movie and watch it together or you can access a streaming movie online.I know this goes against what we are often taught when we have young kids. However, I remember feeling the pressure of trying to get in dates with my husband because the “experts” told me my marriage might fail if I don’t. Drink hot chocolate by the wood stove or fireplace. Communicate by text or webcam while you’re watching the movie.

9) Share a journal Go back and forth and write different entries. Is your husband an artist, a sports fan, or a tech guru?Is he a meat and potatoes man or a carb-avoiding fitness- focused fellow?3) Send your boyfriend/girlfriend flowers Call a local or national florist. If you can’t afford them, you can always send a digital bouquet or include a few fake petals in your next letter or care package.

Buy some (cheaper) wine and cheese to enjoy together.
